We picked a hotel that played up the jungle theme -- this waterfall was in the lobby and all of the pathways to the rooms were covered in foliage and "stocked" with birds, iguanas, monkeys (the invisible variety) and an interesting Mexican rodent that looked like a fat squirrel or an earless rabbit -- a squabbit, I called it.
