Another option: Some of our fondest memories are of our travels to Honduras. In San Agustin Prieto, Frank poured concrete floors and helped construct a kindergarten. Stacy worked on a roofing team and taught in a one-room schoolhouse. In Quebrachal, we worked together laying water lines, mixing concrete, and teaching the kids. We had the time of our lives.
